Policies

Cancellation Policy:
Holidays and Special Events - 30 Days notice required for an 80% refund.
Non-Holidays - if cancellation is less than 14 days of arrival date this becomes Non-Refundable. If cancellation is made prior to 15 days or more of arrival your deposit will be 80% refundable.

Additional Charge Policy:
All rooms plus 10% local room tax. Minimum stay requirements may apply. Extra Service (optional) Linen/Towel change $55, cleaning fee $35 and up.

Smoking and pet policy: These are Smoke Free Homes. Please inquire before bringing a pet.
